IMPORTANT –If you are already a client of Canine Country Club, use the email or cell phone number that we have on file to log in. If it is your first time logging in, click on reset password. An email will be sent to you to create a password and you will be able to log in. Do Not Make a New Account!
–Here is what you can do in the Portal:
Request reservations for boarding and daycare and appointments for grooming and training. You can view future, current and past reservation information, update profile information and emergency contacts, upload vaccination records, make deposits for existing reservations, view signed agreements and update medications and feeding instructions.
You can also now easily manage your account, submit booking requests, and more while on the go using the all new mobile app!
Simply search for “Gingr for Pet Parents” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and enter invite code 910918.
